Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

4 slices of bacon

½ white onion diced

5 cloves of garlic, minced

½ cup diced pickles or pickle relish

½ tsp salt

¼ cup cold water

2 tsp cornstarch

1 cup shredded cheese

15 to 20 egg roll or wonton wrappers

Step 1:

Fry the bacon in a large skillet
