Step 3 – Let it simmer for 30 minutes, or until all the milk has been absorbed by dried fruits.

Step 2 – Bring to a boil and once boiling, lower heat to a simmer, and cover. Cook for about 15-25 minutes.

Step 3 – In a separate pot, boil the green beans till tender. Transfer the rice and the beans into a blender and blend them to smooth consistency.

How to store and freeze

All three of these recipes can be stored in the refrigerator or up to 3 days, and in the freezer for up to 3 months. Make sure you separate meals into portions that your baby will eat to avoid having a bunch of excess food or having to throw out food.
